Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iENTR ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including site administrators building managers and enrolled individuals.

2. Service Description

iENTR provides facial recognition-based access control for buildings facilities and secure areas. The Service includes: facial enrollment and recognition for sign-in/sign-out site and user management dashboards visitor management with configurable retention policies relay/door controller integration and audit logging and analytics. Realtime sync enables live multi-site operation while offline cache supports local recognition.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Site administrators are responsible for obtaining proper consent from individuals before enrolling them in facial recognition.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Biometric Data Consent

By enrolling in the facial recognition system, you explicitly consent to:

• The collection and storage of your facial geometry data for identity verification purposes.
• The processing of your facial data each time you use an iENTR access point.
• The retention of your biometric data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable site retention policies.

You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of your biometric data. Site administrators must ensure all enrolled individuals have provided informed consent in compliance with local biometric privacy laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for surveillance or tracking purposes beyond access control.
• Enroll individuals without their informed consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer facial encodings to reconstruct facial images.
• Share sell or distribute biometric data collected through the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security measures.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. You may cancel your subscription at any time access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law iENTR shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorized access resulting from system failures false positives or negatives in facial recognition loss of data or business interruption or integration failures with third-party hardware. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination: access to the Service will cease immediately all Biometric Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days account data will be retained only as required by law and you may request an export of your non-biometric data before termination takes effect.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iENTR harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service your violation of these terms or your violation of any rights of a third party including biometric privacy rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
